Terms of Use

The rules for using this site: what you can do with what you read here, what I promise and what I don't.

Last updated 24 August 2026

Bulkified Thinking is run by me, Andrii Sukhetskyi, from Ontario, Canada. By reading, subscribing or commenting you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.

What this site is

A personal publication about building on Salesforce — architecture, engineering practice, AI-assisted development, and the open-source tooling that came out of that work. It is written by one person, in his own time.

Reading and sharing

Read as much as you like. Quote me, link to me, forward an article to a colleague, or put an extract in a talk or an internal document — all fine, as long as you credit Bulkified Thinking and link back to the original.

What is not fine is republishing whole articles as your own, or feeding this site's contents into a commercial dataset or model without asking. If you want to translate, syndicate or reprint something in full, email ansukhetskyi@gmail.com. The answer is usually yes.

Code samples

Code shown inside articles is there to explain an idea. Use it in your own projects freely, including at work. It comes with no warranty and it has not been tested against your org — read it, understand it, and run it in a sandbox before it goes anywhere near production.

The open-source projects linked from this site are governed by the licence in each repository, not by this page. Where the two disagree, the repository licence wins.

Comments

Comments require a free account, mostly to keep the noise down.

Post what you actually think, including that I am wrong. Disagreement is the reason the comments exist. What gets removed is harassment, spam, marketing, anything illegal, anything that reveals someone else's confidential or personal information, and anything posted under a false identity to mislead people.

You keep ownership of your comments. By posting one you give me permission to display it on the site and to quote it in a follow-up article or the newsletter, with attribution to the name on your account. I may edit or delete comments, and I may close an account, without notice — this is a personal site, not a public forum with a right of appeal.

Subscribing

The newsletter is free. Unsubscribe whenever you want using the link in any email. I may change what the newsletter covers, how often it arrives, or stop sending it altogether.

Tips

If you send a tip, it is a voluntary gift and not a purchase. Nothing is unlocked by it, no service is owed in return, and tips are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. Payments are handled by Stripe under their terms.

Trademarks

Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Agentforce, Experience Cloud and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Other product and company names mentioned here belong to their respective owners.

This site is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. or any other company whose products are discussed. Names are used descriptively, to say what the article is actually about.

Links to other places

Links to documentation, repositories and other people's writing are there because they are useful. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for what they contain or what they do with your data once you arrive.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. I write carefully and correct things when I get them wrong, but I do not promise that everything here is accurate, current, or right for your situation. Platforms change, and an article that was correct when published may not be a year later.

Nothing here is professional advice. If a decision carries real financial, legal or operational risk, get advice that accounts for your specific circumstances.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or anything you found on it — including lost data, lost revenue, or a deployment that went badly. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid me in the last twelve months or CAD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

Your responsibility

If your use of this site causes a claim against me — for example because of something you posted in a comment — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario. If you are a consumer somewhere with stronger local protections, this does not take those away from you.

Changes

I will update these terms from time to time and change the date at the top when I do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
